In a world caught in loneliness and broken relationships, two filmmakers set out on a journey to investigate the cause. While discovering that belonging is what we all need, the two begin to see the surprising and hidden effects that trauma and shame play in distancing us from each other. Their discoveries, which lead them to look into their own lives, set the stage for this real, gripping, and inspiring journey into the soul-- inviting us to dive into our own stories and take steps toward the lives we've always longed for.
WHO WE ARE
anateya Cranson
Anateya spent her early days learning the benefits of earth worms and composting, but was also fascinated by films that showed a mesmerizing world outside the boundaries of her small Colorado valley home. After high school, she attended University of the Nations and is now a filmmaking nomad who likes long walks on the beach, tepid water and a story well told.
Sadie Such
Sadie was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, where she began taking photos/videos at a young age. After attending Film School in Scottsdale, AZ, she traveled around the States and to over 25 countries for volunteer work, photographing weddings, documenting stories and has loved getting to know the different cultures around the world. She currently owns her own photography and video business, sharing stories in and around Arizona. When Sadie is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and being outdoors!
